Use of the Balcony
- BBQ's are permitted but the smoke must not interfere with another apartment
- We must NOT have towels, bathers, or any other clothing HANGING on the railing
- The frangipani only likes watering once a week at maximum
Waste Disposal
- Chute (only for kitchen refuse tied in a bag)
- Found at the west-end of the corridor and through the Exit door next to apartment 84
- Bins located on each level (folded cardboard, tins & glass)
Use of Common property e.g., swimming pool and gardens
- Maximum of 12 guests
- Parties with over 12 guests must be approved by the Strata Manager
In Case of Fire
- Evacuate to the front of the building
House Rules & Other Information
Francesca / 'Fran' - our Fiat 500C
- You are welcome to use our Fiat 500C convertible VIC Rego: YEC193
- The keys are in the cupboard at the entrance to the apartment
- It is fully insured so relax and enjoy it!
- It is parked in Thornton Street on the Swifts stone border under a grey car cover
- In case of accident, there is an information sheet in the glove box
- Remember - shit happens!
- Return to either the visitors car park or the south side of Thornton Street
- Park in front of the high rise in Thornton St if you can, rather than a private house
Negotiating the Car Cover - if fitted
- The cover is removed by unlocking the three ties -
- Under the front, rear and middle - Beware that it may get caught on the front number plate or
the exhaust pipe at the rear
- Shove the cover in the boot
- At the end of your stay, replace by throwing over the car and connecting the front, rear then middle ties
- Ensure the clips are clicked in, otherwise they can pull out with the wind
Operating information
- To select AUTO transmission move the gear shift to + then left to Auto with your foot on the brake
- Moving the gear lever left selects Manual control where you select the gears moving the lever up or down
- Push the 'Speed' button on the dash to have more power and responsiveness
- Gears change slowly at low speed
- Open the roof by pushing the right button next to the centre roof light
- Close the roof by pushing the left button next to the centre roof light
- NOTE: The roof can only be opened and closed when stationary
- The windows are operated by buttons on the centre console
- Fran demands RON95 or 98 fuel
- Fran is registered with the RACV/ (NRMA in NSW) in case of break-down
- Auto-repair is located at Pate & Vernon Edgecliff
Scooter
- We have an 'Apollo' electric scooter with black Helmet
- It is stored under cover, locked to the grate on the NORTH side of lower car park
- The lock code is 'DIRK'
- It gets up to 50km/hr but 25 km/hr is the legal maximum
- it has a maximum range of 30km

Laundry
- Free of charge
- Supa dupa industrial washing machine & dryer
- Located at the west end of the corridor and through the Exit door next to apartment 84
- Keep it free for others by emptying when finished
Outdoor Clothesline
- At the upper pool area
Intercom
- The intercom is located in the cupboard in front of the door
- Identify the visitor before letting them in
- Press the 'KEY' button on the intercom
Parcel Delivery
- May be left inside or outside the front sliding glass doors
- Note: It is not secure
Pets
- Are sadly not allowed :-( without permission via application

Pool
- Open 6am – 9pm
- Heated between September and May
- Pool gate must always be closed
- Maximum of 12 guests allowed in the pool area for up to 6 hours
- Under 18-year-olds must be supervised by an adult
- Pool chairs to be replaced on upper lawn
- No rubbish to be left in pool area
- No use of glass in the tiled pool area
- Do not enter foyer and/or lifts when dripping wet
- Do not leave pool toys in the pool area or common property
- Report any breakages or pool issues immediately to management
Visitor Parking
- In front of main foyer
- Short-term only (Maximum of 8 hours)
